Antiinflammatorisk kost inneh\u00e5ller s\u00e5ledes \u00e4mnen som st\u00e4rker immunf\u00f6rsvaret.&nbsp;Enligt forskning finns det en l\u00e4nk mellan inflammation och v\u00e5r tarmflora. Ofta rekommenderas specifika livsmedel, s\u00e5som s\u00f6tpotatis, sj\u00f6gr\u00e4s, surk\u00e5l, gurkmeja och gr\u00f6nt te. Samtidigt ska man undvika bland annat mj\u00f6lkprodukter, r\u00f6tt k\u00f6tt, kaffe, alkohol och socker. N\u00e4r man j\u00e4mf\u00f6r olika typer av antiinflammatorisk kost finns det dock en del riktlinjer som s\u00e4ger emot varandra. Somliga rekommenderar att konsumera livsmedel som enligt andra \u00e4r tabu. Det finns helt enkelt inte riktigt n\u00e5gra generella riktlinjer som g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r antiinflammatorisk kost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Antiinflammatorisk kost ur ett vetenskapligt perspektiv<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Forskningen menar att antiinflammatorisk kost inte finns. Med det menas att det inte g\u00e5r att p\u00e5 ett vetenskapligt s\u00e4tt bevisa att vissa enskilda livsmedel kan \u00f6ka eller minska en inflammation som redan finns i kroppen. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller kostr\u00e5d generellt vet vi att det finns vissa saker som \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r v\u00e5rt v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende, s\u00e5som gr\u00f6nsaker och frukt. Det finns d\u00e4remot inte bel\u00e4gg f\u00f6r att vissa gr\u00f6nsaker eller frukter \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsan \u00e4n andra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om man vill minska en inflammation i kroppen rekommenderas ist\u00e4llet en minskning av fettmassan. F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra detta \u00e4r en varierad kost som \u00e4r baserad p\u00e5 naturliga r\u00e5varor det b\u00e4sta. Detta b\u00f6r f\u00f6r b\u00e4sta effekt kombineras med fysisk aktivitet. Det kan n\u00e4mligen hj\u00e4lpa till att beh\u00e5lla muskelmassan, vilket p\u00e5verkar \u00e4mnesoms\u00e4ttningen positivt. Samtidigt minskar ocks\u00e5 risken att drabbas av vanliga livsstilssjukdomar.
