Det kan inneb\u00e4ra att undvika vissa r\u00e5varor och ingredienser helt, eller att byta ut vissa tidigare favoriter mot mer h\u00e4lsosamma alternativ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-antiinflammatoriska-livsmedel-som-artroskost\">Antiinflammatoriska livsmedel som artroskost?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antiinflammatorisk kost s\u00e4gs kunna minska besv\u00e4ren vid artros. Kosttillskott i form av probiotika och omega 3 (som det \u00e4ven finns mycket av i fisk) kan&nbsp;ocks\u00e5 vara bra vid artros.&nbsp;Dock b\u00f6r det p\u00e5pekas att detta \u00e4r r\u00e5d som saknar s\u00e4kert vetenskapligt st\u00f6d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Att \u00e4ta mycket frukt och gr\u00f6nt \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r de flesta, men kan vara extra bra f\u00f6r personer med artros,&nbsp;s\u00e4rskilt&nbsp;om den drabbade hade en mindre bra kosth\u00e5llning tidigare. Frukter och gr\u00f6nsaker med c-vitamin g\u00f6r gott f\u00f6r kroppen, till exempel broccoli, r\u00f6d paprika, kiwi, apelsin, jordgubbar och svarta vinb\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alla dessa kostr\u00e5d saknar dock&nbsp;s\u00e4kert vetenskapligt st\u00f6d&nbsp;n\u00e4r det kommer till att hj\u00e4lpa mot artrossymtom. Ist\u00e4llet b\u00f6r de som drabbats av artros f\u00f6lja de rekommendationer som finns om h\u00e4lsosam kost generellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mat-att-undvika-vid-artroskost\">Mat att undvika vid artroskost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En del av de som lider av artros upplever att problemen f\u00f6rv\u00e4rras i samband med vissa r\u00e5varor och ingredienser. Att undvika dessa i s\u00e5 stor m\u00e5n som m\u00f6jligt&nbsp;kan d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00f6verv\u00e4gas. Dessa r\u00e5d \u00e4r generella f\u00f6r ett h\u00e4lsosamt liv.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En annan po\u00e4ng n\u00e4r det kommer till kost vid artros \u00e4r att detta \u00e4r relaterat till \u00f6vervikt. \u00d6vervikt kan vara en riskfaktor f\u00f6r artros.
