Det \u00e4r framf\u00f6rallt l\u00e4ndryggen, det vill s\u00e4ga den nedre delen av ryggen, som drabbas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-varfor-ar-ryggont-vanligast-i-landryggen\">Varf\u00f6r \u00e4r ryggont vanligast i l\u00e4ndryggen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En trolig anledning till att ryggont \u00e4r vanligast i l\u00e4ndryggen \u00e4r f\u00f6r att den delen av ryggen belastas mer \u00e4n halsryggen och br\u00f6stryggen. Detta g\u00f6r att b\u00e5de leder, diskar och muskler oftare drabbas av belastningsrelaterade \u00e5kommor. I de allra flesta fall \u00e4r sm\u00e4rtan godartad och prognosen god men g\u00e5r sm\u00e4rtan inte \u00f6ver av sig sj\u00e4lvt finns hj\u00e4lp att f\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vanliga-symtom\">Vanliga symtom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5nga har visserligen ont i l\u00e4ndryggen, men man kan ha ont p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt. Det \u00e4r exempelvis vanligt med en intensiv, molande v\u00e4rk. Huggande och sk\u00e4rande sm\u00e4rta f\u00f6rekommer dock ocks\u00e5. Det kan \u00e4ven f\u00f6rekomma att sm\u00e4rtan str\u00e5lar ned i h\u00f6fterna eller benen, vilket kan g\u00f6ra det sv\u00e5rt att r\u00f6ra sig. Detta kan givetvis p\u00e5verka livskvaliteten i h\u00f6g grad. Framf\u00f6rallt kan vardagen bli besv\u00e4rlig om sm\u00e4rtan forts\u00e4tter under l\u00e5ng tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-orsaker-arbetsstallning-och-skador\">Orsaker &#8211; arbetsst\u00e4llning och skador<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4ndryggsbesv\u00e4r uppst\u00e5r oftast p\u00e5 grund av obalans mellan ryggens kapacitet och belastningen den uts\u00e4tts f\u00f6r. Hur sm\u00e4rta i l\u00e4ndryggen utvecklas och uppst\u00e5r kan bland annat bero p\u00e5 i vilka arbetsst\u00e4llningar den drabbade arbetar. Ett jobb med mycket tunga lyft d\u00e4r ryggraden l\u00e4tt kan hamna i en vriden eller utsatt position kan vara en bidragande faktor. \u00c4ven stillasittande jobb kan dock medf\u00f6ra risker. Detta g\u00e4ller s\u00e4rskilt om man inte varierar sin arbetsst\u00e4llning. Det \u00e4r allts\u00e5 inte specifika st\u00e4llningar per se som orsakar besv\u00e4r, utan mer sannolikt brist p\u00e5 variation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om man f\u00e5r ont i l\u00e4ndryggen pl\u00f6tsligt efter ett fall eller annan typ olycka \u00e4r det viktigt att man s\u00e5 snart som m\u00f6jligt upps\u00f6ker akut l\u00e4karv\u00e5rd. Tecken p\u00e5 mer allvarliga tillst\u00e5nd \u00e4r om sm\u00e4rtan i l\u00e4ndryggen kommer tillsammans med samtidig nervp\u00e5verkan. Detta kan exempelvis ta sig uttryck i k\u00e4nselst\u00f6rning i ben och underliv eller f\u00f6rlorad kontroll av tarmarna eller bl\u00e5san, s\u00e5 kallad cauda equina-p\u00e5verkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fa-reda-pa-varfor-du-har-ont-i-landryggen\">F\u00e5 reda p\u00e5 varf\u00f6r du har ont i l\u00e4ndryggen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e5r inte l\u00e4ndryggssm\u00e4rtan \u00f6ver eller har stor inverkan p\u00e5 vardagen finns hj\u00e4lp att f\u00e5. En fysioterapeut eller l\u00e4kare kan hj\u00e4lpa personer med l\u00e4ndryggsbesv\u00e4r att hantera och minska sm\u00e4rtan. Vid bes\u00f6ket f\u00e5r man vanligtvis beskriva symtomen&nbsp; grundligt. Exempelvis hur och n\u00e4r sm\u00e4rtan startade och n\u00e4r man f\u00e5r ont i l\u00e4ndryggen. Man f\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor kring om sm\u00e4rtan str\u00e5lar ned i benen och om man upplever att k\u00e4nseln i benen har f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fysioterapeuten eller l\u00e4karen st\u00e4ller en klinisk diagnos baserat p\u00e5 symptomen som personen har. En vanligt f\u00f6rekommande diagnos \u00e4r ospecifik l\u00e4ndryggssm\u00e4rta och \u00e4r i de allra flesta fall godartad. Har besv\u00e4ren p\u00e5g\u00e5tt l\u00e4nge, \u00e4r av uttalad grad eller nervp\u00e5verkan i benen f\u00f6religger kan man beh\u00f6va g\u00e5 vidare med mer avancerade unders\u00f6kningar, s\u00e5som fysisk unders\u00f6kning, och i vissa fall \u00e4ven exempelvis magnetr\u00f6ntgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-behandling\">Behandling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Har sm\u00e4rtan i l\u00e4ndryggen orsakats av en muskel\u00f6veranstr\u00e4ngning, \u00e4ven kallat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jointacademy.com\/se\/sv\/fakta\/narliggande-diagnoser\/ryggskott\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3173\">ryggskott<\/a>, \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta att forts\u00e4tta r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 sig s\u00e5 mycket som sm\u00e4rtan till\u00e5ter och v\u00e4nta ut tillst\u00e5ndet. Den som har ont i l\u00e4ndryggen b\u00f6r dock undvika tunga lyft och anpassa r\u00f6relse efter f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga. Sm\u00e4rtlindring, i form av en varm vetekudde eller receptfria v\u00e4rktabletter, kan ge tillf\u00e4llig f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vid ospecifik l\u00e4ndryggssm\u00e4rta finns god hj\u00e4lp att f\u00e5 av fysioterapeut. De kan ta fram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jointacademy.com\/se\/sv\/fakta\/behandling\/behandla-med-joint-academy\/\">individuella tr\u00e4ningsprogram<\/a> f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka upp rygg och magmuskulaturen. Studier har visat att den typen av tr\u00e4ning minskar sm\u00e4rtan och \u00f6kar funktion hos patienter som \u00e4r begr\u00e4nsade av l\u00e4ndryggsbesv\u00e4r. Faktum \u00e4r att fysisk aktivitet och tr\u00e4ning \u00e4r&nbsp; de behandlingsmetoder som har visat sig ge b\u00e4st resultat vid ospecifik l\u00e4ndryggssm\u00e4rta. R\u00f6relse \u00e4r med andra ord \u00e4r en viktig del i behandlingen.
