D\u00e4rtill b\u00f6r man ocks\u00e5 h\u00e5lla sig till en m\u00e5ttlig konsumtion av f\u00e5gel och mj\u00f6lkprodukter och endast liten konsumtion av r\u00f6tt k\u00f6tt. Man brukar \u00e4ven r\u00e4kna in konsumtion av vin, fr\u00e4mst r\u00f6tt vin, i m\u00e5ttliga m\u00e4ngder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den som f\u00f6ljer en diet med&nbsp;medelhavskost<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">&nbsp;<\/span>b\u00f6r&nbsp;begr\u00e4nsa r\u00f6tt k\u00f6tt. Detta kan ist\u00e4llet ers\u00e4ttas med fisk och skaldjur. Fet fisk (som \u00e4r rik p\u00e5 Omega-3), b\u00e4r, frukt och kalciumrika mj\u00f6lkprodukter \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktiga delar. Tack vare att medelhavsmat \u00e4r rik p\u00e5 kalcium, C-vitamin och D-vitamin ska den h\u00e4r dieten \u00e4ven vara bra f\u00f6r skelettet, men \u00e4ven h\u00e4r saknas vetenskapligt underlag.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rdelar med medelhavskost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Satsar man p\u00e5&nbsp;medelhavskost&nbsp;med mycket frukt och gr\u00f6nt med lysande f\u00e4rger s\u00e5 f\u00e5r man i sig skyddande \u00e4mnen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4xtens yttre delar.
