Ett alternativ \u00e4r den s\u00e5 kallade 5:2-dieten som inneb\u00e4r periodisk fasta. H\u00e4r \u00e4ter man som vanligt fem dagar i veckan men drar ner ordentligt p\u00e5 kaloriintaget de \u00f6vriga tv\u00e5 dagarna. Det minskade antalet kalorier kan d\u00e4rmed leda till viktnedg\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad 5:2-dieten inneb\u00e4r<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den h\u00e4r dieten g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 att \u00e4ta som vanligt under fem dagar i veckan och fasta under tv\u00e5 dagar &#8211; vilket \u00e4r vad namnet 5:2 kommer ifr\u00e5n. De tv\u00e5 fastedagarna b\u00f6r inte komma direkt efter varandra eftersom det uts\u00e4tter kroppen f\u00f6r stora p\u00e5frestningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att fasta inneb\u00e4r dock inte i det h\u00e4r fallet att sluta \u00e4ta helt. Under fastedagarna ska man \u00e4ta ungef\u00e4r 1\/4 av den normala m\u00e4ngd man \u00e4ter. Detta motsvarar ungef\u00e4r 500 kalorier f\u00f6r kvinnor och 600 kalorier f\u00f6r m\u00e4n&nbsp;&#8211; men man f\u00e5r v\u00e4lja sj\u00e4lv hur och n\u00e4r p\u00e5 dagen man vill f\u00e5 i sig dessa. Om man vill f\u00e5 i sig mer volym (st\u00f6rre portioner) kan man exempelvis \u00e4ta ganska stora m\u00e4ngder gr\u00f6na blad utan att komma upp i kaloriantalet. Om man ist\u00e4llet vill bli mer m\u00e4tt kan lite&nbsp;ost eller \u00e4gg vara en id\u00e9. D\u00e5 kan man dock endast \u00e4ta mindre m\u00e4ngder. F\u00f6r att se till att man f\u00e5r i sig r\u00e4tt antal kalorier kan det vara bra att anv\u00e4nda sig av en k\u00f6ksv\u00e5g och v\u00e4ga maten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rdelar&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftersom man minskar antalet kalorier under de tv\u00e5 fastedagarna \u00e4r det definitivt m\u00f6jligt att g\u00e5 ner i vikt med 5:2-dieten &#8211; trots att man i \u00f6vrigt forts\u00e4tter \u00e4ta som vanligt. Detta \u00e4r en bidragande faktor till att metoden \u00e4r s\u00e5 pass popul\u00e4r som den \u00e4r. F\u00f6r den som \u00e4r \u00f6verviktig \u00e4r det s\u00e5klart positivt med en diet som drar ner p\u00e5 kalorierna och leder till viktminskning, men det finns \u00e4ven andra f\u00f6rdelar. Det finns till exempel k\u00e4llor, fr\u00e4mst djurstudier, som h\u00e4vdar att metoden kan s\u00e4nka b\u00e5de h\u00f6gt kolesterol och blodsocker. Detta s\u00e4gs i l\u00e4ngden kunna minska risken f\u00f6r bland annat b\u00e5de diabetes och h\u00f6gt blodtryck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nackdelar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att bli mer h\u00e4lsosam med 5:2-dieten, och inte bara g\u00e5 ner i vikt, kr\u00e4vs att man h\u00e5ller koll p\u00e5 vad man \u00e4ter \u00e4ven \u00f6vriga dagar. Det beh\u00f6ver inte vara lika strikt som om man f\u00f6ljer en annan diet, s\u00e5som LCHF eller Paleo, men man b\u00f6r \u00e4nd\u00e5 se till att ha en balanserad och varierad kosth\u00e5llning alla dagar i veckan. Annars finns risken att man inte f\u00e5r i sig alla de n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen som kroppen beh\u00f6ver. I&nbsp;5:2-dieten rekommenderas tre m\u00e5l mat om dagen utan mellanm\u00e5l med minskat intag av socker och m\u00e4ttat fett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En&nbsp;nackdel med 5:2-dieten&nbsp;\u00e4r att man inte orkar vara lika fysiskt aktiv under fastedagarna eftersom man inte f\u00e5r i sig speciellt mycket energi. Eftersom tr\u00e4ning och fysisk aktivitet \u00e4r en f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r att vi ska m\u00e5 bra \u00e4r detta inte optimalt. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r rekommenderas inte 5:2-dieten till personer som tr\u00e4nar mycket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kom ig\u00e5ng med 5:2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om man har medicinska besv\u00e4r eller lider av en kronisk sjukdom \u00e4r det alltid bra att r\u00e5dfr\u00e5ga en l\u00e4kare eller dietist innan man s\u00e4tter ig\u00e5ng med 5:2-dieten. F\u00e5r man klartecken h\u00e4r kan det vara l\u00e4ge att investera i en k\u00f6ksv\u00e5g. Efter detta kan man l\u00e4sa p\u00e5 om allm\u00e4nna tips och sedan b\u00f6rja s\u00f6ka efter recept att anv\u00e4nda under fastedagarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r fastedagarna som ligger i fokus f\u00f6r 5:2-dieten och dessa ska helst inte ligga bredvid varandra. Detta d\u00e5 det kan vara bra att ha n\u00e5gra dagars \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning. Det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att vara flexibel med dessa dagar. En vecka kanske man fastar p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndag och onsdag och n\u00e4sta vecka p\u00e5 en tisdag och en torsdag. Detta g\u00f6r att 5:2-dieten g\u00e5r att anpassa utefter exempelvis middagar hos v\u00e4nner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips p\u00e5 m\u00e5ltider&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det fina med 5:2-dieten \u00e4r att man i stort sett kan forts\u00e4tta \u00e4ta som vanligt under fem dagar i veckan. Det \u00e4r endast under tv\u00e5 dagar som man m\u00e5ste begr\u00e4nsa sig.
