M\u00e5nga av dessa besv\u00e4r g\u00e5r att f\u00f6rebygga genom att tr\u00e4na h\u00f6fterna. Detta kan st\u00e4rka b\u00e5de muskler och leder och g\u00f6ra h\u00f6fterna b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6rberedda p\u00e5 livets alla utmaningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hoftledsartros-kan-behandlas-med-traning\">H\u00f6ftledsartros kan behandlas med tr\u00e4ning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En vanlig orsak till sm\u00e4rta i h\u00f6ften \u00e4r artros. Artros \u00e4r en kronisk ledsjukdom som kan drabba alla kroppens leder. H\u00f6ften \u00e4r en av de leder som drabbas oftast. Symtom p\u00e5 artros \u00e4r sm\u00e4rta, fr\u00e4mst vid belastning, och stelhet. Det finns inget botemedel mot sjukdomen, men det g\u00e5r att lindra symtomen. Det mest effektiva s\u00e4ttet att g\u00f6ra detta \u00e4r att tr\u00e4na h\u00f6fterna. Detta st\u00e4rker de omgivande musklerna samtidigt som brosket stimuleras att reparera sig sj\u00e4lvt. Detta resulterar i att musklerna minskar, vilket g\u00f6r att mer belastning hamnar p\u00e5 sj\u00e4lva leden. Att tr\u00e4na h\u00f6fterna \u00e4r ett s\u00e4tt att skydda sina leder fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rslitning och andra skador. Tr\u00e4ning st\u00e4rker n\u00e4mligen b\u00e5de skelett, brosk och muskler. Den h\u00e4r tr\u00e4ningen beh\u00f6ver inte inneb\u00e4ra l\u00e5nga, svettiga pass p\u00e5 gymmet, utan det g\u00e5r utm\u00e4rkt att tr\u00e4na h\u00f6fterna hemma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns ett antal \u00f6vningar som \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt framtagna f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka muskulaturen i och kring h\u00f6fterna. Ett exempel \u00e4r h\u00f6ftlyft. Denna \u00f6vning b\u00f6rjas med att man ligger p\u00e5 rygg med b\u00f6jda ben och h\u00e4larna i golvet. Man ska sedan h\u00f6ja och s\u00e4nka h\u00f6fterna och b\u00e4ckenet. Detta st\u00e4rker framf\u00f6rallt baksidan. \u00c4r det f\u00f6r l\u00e4tt g\u00e5r det bra att l\u00e4gga en tyngd av n\u00e5got slag \u00f6ver h\u00f6fterna. F\u00f6r hj\u00e4lp att ta fram l\u00e4mpliga \u00f6vningar och ett tr\u00e4ningsprogram kan man kontakta en fysioterapeut (sjukgymnast).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trana-hofterna-med-hjalp-av-redskap\">Tr\u00e4na h\u00f6fterna med hj\u00e4lp av redskap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett enkelt s\u00e4tt att \u00f6ka motst\u00e5ndet i vissa \u00f6vningar \u00e4r med hj\u00e4lp av gummiband. Exempelvis kan det anv\u00e4ndas vid en \u00f6vning som kallas f\u00f6r h\u00f6ftst\u00e4rkaren.&nbsp;I denna \u00f6vning ska man tr\u00e4 gummibandet runt benen och se till att det \u00e4r str\u00e4ckt. H\u00e4rifr\u00e5n r\u00f6r man sedan ett ben i taget \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt som gummibandet till\u00e5ter. Detta b\u00e5de st\u00e4rker h\u00f6ften och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar balansen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att \u00f6ka motst\u00e5ndet med hj\u00e4lp av vikter man kan hitta p\u00e5 gymmet. En s\u00e5 kallad kabelmaskin kan exempelvis vara ett alternativ. Det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 utm\u00e4rkt att anv\u00e4nda sig av fria vikter, s\u00e5som hantlar eller kettlebells. H\u00e4r g\u00e5r det att ut\u00f6ka m\u00e5nga av de \u00f6vningar som \u00e4r passande f\u00f6r de som vill tr\u00e4na h\u00f6fter, med hj\u00e4lp av bland annat ett par hantlar. Att b\u00f6rja p\u00e5 en l\u00e5g niv\u00e5 och inte g\u00e5 ut f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt \u00e4r dock viktigt f\u00f6r att undvika \u00f6veranstr\u00e4ngning av otr\u00e4nade h\u00f6fter och kn\u00e4n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-stretchning-for-hoften\">Stretchning f\u00f6r h\u00f6ften<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stretching \u00e4r mycket vanligt bland de som tr\u00e4nar men \u00e4ven ett viktigt inslag i sjukgymnastik och rehabilitering. Stretch\u00f6vningar f\u00f6r h\u00f6ften kan hj\u00e4lpa till att p\u00e5skynda l\u00e4kningen av en skada, skapa r\u00f6rlighet i ett stelt h\u00f6ftparti eller motverka ryggont. Det finns m\u00e5nga tips p\u00e5 bra stretch\u00f6vningar, b\u00e5de f\u00f6r att motverka sm\u00e4rta och f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra r\u00f6rlighet. F\u00f6r den som \u00e4r i behov av hj\u00e4lp kan en fysioterapeut (tidigare kallat sjukgymnast) skapa ett schema med stretch\u00f6vningar f\u00f6r h\u00f6ften utifr\u00e5n f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar och behov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det g\u00e4ller att stretcha s\u00e5 pass l\u00e4nge att muskeln t\u00e4njs. En rekommenderad tidsram \u00e4r 15 till 30 sekunder, beroende p\u00e5 muskel och led. Stretch\u00f6vningar \u00e4r i regel bra att genomf\u00f6ra 2 till 5 g\u00e5nger i veckan eller utifr\u00e5n rekommendation fr\u00e5n sjukgymnast. Att stretcha muskler och leder \u00e4r ingen kortsiktig l\u00f6sning som ger snabba resultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En enkel och vanlig \u00f6vningen \u00e4r stretching av s\u00e4tesmuskulaturen d\u00e4r man ligger p\u00e5 rygg och f\u00f6r ett b\u00f6jt ben upp mot b\u00e5len. Ett annat s\u00e4tt att stretcha h\u00f6ften p\u00e5 \u00e4r h\u00f6ftb\u00f6jaren. H\u00e4r kan man st\u00e5endes ta st\u00f6d mot en stol eller v\u00e4gg samtidigt som ena foten f\u00f6rs bak\u00e5t och upp\u00e5t.
