Det inneb\u00e4r att fettet l\u00e4ttare p\u00e5verkar andra processer i kroppen samt l\u00e4ttare bidrar till h\u00f6ga blodfetter. Bukfett omger dessutom organen inuti kroppen, vilket p\u00e5verkar flera inre organ negativt. Midjem\u00e5ttet har f\u00f6reslagits vara ett b\u00e4ttre s\u00e4tt att m\u00e4ta h\u00e4lsorisker \u00e4n kroppsvikten d\u00e5 det finns en starkare korrelation mellan detta m\u00e5tt och att insjukna i livsstilssjukdomar s\u00e5som hj\u00e4rt- och k\u00e4rlsjukdomar och h\u00f6gt blodtryck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">F\u00e5 bort \u00f6verfl\u00f6digt fett p\u00e5 magen<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den som vill bli av med bukfett kan tr\u00f6sta sig med att det m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att bli av med fettet kring magen \u00e4n p\u00e5 andra st\u00e4llen i kroppen. Att g\u00e5 ner i vikt snabbt \u00e4r oftast inte den b\u00e4sta l\u00f6sningen, \u00e4ven om det kan k\u00e4nnas lockande. Snabb viktminskning \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen oftast inte h\u00e5llbar i l\u00e4ngden, utan kroppen brukar str\u00e4va efter att \u00e5terg\u00e5 till den tidigare \u00f6vervikten. Fysisk aktivitet kan, liksom en god kost, f\u00f6rebygga m\u00e5nga olika typer av sjukdomar. Olika typer av tr\u00e4ning har olika effekt, vilket m\u00e5nga k\u00e4nner till. Men vilken tr\u00e4ningsform \u00e4r egentligen b\u00e4st f\u00f6r att bli av med bukfett?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns tyv\u00e4rr inget enkelt svar p\u00e5 den fr\u00e5gan. Intensiv konditionstr\u00e4ning, s\u00e5som l\u00f6pning eller explosiv tr\u00e4ning, \u00e4r k\u00e4nt f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nna mycket energi. Styrketr\u00e4ning f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nner inte lika mycket under sj\u00e4lva tr\u00e4ningspasset, generellt sett. Styrketr\u00e4ning har ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rdelen att det minskar belastningen p\u00e5 lederna, vilket \u00e4r en f\u00f6rdel f\u00f6r den som \u00e4r \u00f6verviktig. Av dessa anledningar handlar det i grunden om att hitta en tr\u00e4ningsform man tycker om.
