Oavsett vad det \u00e4r som ligger bakom en o\u00f6nskad viktnedg\u00e5ng kan det vara en kamp att g\u00e5 upp i vikt igen, s\u00e4rskilt om man vill g\u00f6ra det p\u00e5 ett h\u00e4lsosamt s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.artros.org\/livsstil\/ga-ner-i-vikt-kost\/\">L\u00e4s ist\u00e4llet om att g\u00e5 ner i vikt med hj\u00e4lp av kost<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vissa har sv\u00e5rt att g\u00e5 upp i vikt<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5nga k\u00e4mpar med att g\u00e5 ner i vikt, vilket inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 konstigt med tanke p\u00e5 att \u00f6vervikt blir allt vanligare. Exempelvis beh\u00f6vs fett f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4rnan och hormonproduktionen ska fungera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den som b\u00e5de \u00e4r underviktig och m\u00e4rker av tr\u00f6tthet och att man \u00e4r frusen b\u00f6r kontakta v\u00e5rden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vad ska man \u00e4ta f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 upp i vikt?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att g\u00e5 upp i vikt p\u00e5 ett h\u00e4lsosamt s\u00e4tt b\u00f6r man undvika godis, bakelser och snabbmat, trots att dessa \u00e4r energit\u00e4ta. Ist\u00e4llet b\u00f6r man v\u00e4nda sig till livsmedel som har b\u00e5de h\u00f6gt kaloriv\u00e4rde och h\u00f6ga v\u00e4rden av diverse vitaminer och mineraler. En tumregel kan d\u00e4rf\u00f6r vara att \u00e4ta lite mer \u00e4n vanligt vid varje m\u00e5ltid. Ett smart s\u00e4tt att \u00f6ka kalorierna \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 att tills\u00e4tta mer fett till maten. Man kan d\u00e4rf\u00f6r prova att h\u00e4lla p\u00e5 lite extra olivolja till salladen eller anv\u00e4nda sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r till de kokta gr\u00f6nsakerna. Det kan ocks\u00e5 vara en id\u00e9 att dricka sina kalorier, i form av exempelvis en proteinshake eller en smoothie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den som tr\u00e4nar mycket och samtidigt vill g\u00e5 upp i vikt g\u00f6r gott i att \u00e4ta mellanm\u00e5l i anslutning till tr\u00e4ningspasset &#8211; helst b\u00e5de f\u00f6re och efter. Exempelvis kan man ladda upp med en frukt, en sk\u00e5l havregrynsgr\u00f6t eller yoghurt med b\u00e4r innan tr\u00e4ningen. Efter\u00e5t kan man f\u00e5 i sig extra protein och snabba kolhydrater i form av exempelvis keso eller kvarg och en frukt.
