Detta inneb\u00e4r att man intar en position d\u00e4r en eller flera muskler str\u00e4cks och sedan h\u00e5ller denna position. Den h\u00e4r typen av stretching passar b\u00e4st att utf\u00f6ra efter ett tr\u00e4ningspass. Vill man v\u00e4rma upp innan tr\u00e4ningen passar dynamisk stretching b\u00e4ttre, framf\u00f6rallt om man ska \u00e4gna sig \u00e5t explosiva r\u00f6relser. Ofta kallar man detta f\u00f6r r\u00f6rlighetstr\u00e4ning, trots att alla typer av stretching bidrar till f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad r\u00f6rlighet. Dynamisk stretch hj\u00e4lper kroppen att f\u00f6rbereda sig p\u00e5 aktivitet. Man kan ocks\u00e5 \u00f6ka r\u00f6rligheten f\u00f6r vissa specifika r\u00f6relser p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e5gra generella tips f\u00f6r stretching:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Musklerna b\u00f6r v\u00e4rmas upp med n\u00e5gon form av fysisk aktivitet f\u00f6rst. En promenad eller n\u00e5gra korta tr\u00e4nings\u00f6vningar duger fint. Att stretcha kalla muskler \u00f6kar risken f\u00f6r skador. <\/li><li>Strtretch\u00f6vningarna b\u00f6r h\u00e5llas i minst 30 sekunder. Man kan ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka komma djupare in i stretchen ju l\u00e4ngre tiden g\u00e5r.<\/li><li>Man b\u00f6r inte stressa n\u00e4r man h\u00e5ller positionerna.
