Det \u00e4r allts\u00e5 mycket vanligt att ha ont i ryggen, och det kan bero p\u00e5 flera saker. V\u00e4rken sitter oftast i nedre delen av ryggen, allts\u00e5 i l\u00e4ndryggen, men en del f\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 ont i br\u00f6stryggen. F\u00f6r det mesta g\u00e5r v\u00e4rken \u00f6ver av sig sj\u00e4lv. Det g\u00e4ller framf\u00f6r allt om det som orsakar sm\u00e4rtan \u00e4r exempelvis d\u00e5lig h\u00e5llning, \u00f6veranstr\u00e4ngning eller ett stillasittande jobb. Men ibland kan n\u00e5gon form av <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jointacademy.com\/se\/sv\/fakta\/behandling\/behandla-med-joint-academy\/\">behandling<\/a> beh\u00f6vas. Om ryggsm\u00e4rtan inte har g\u00e5tt \u00f6ver efter tv\u00e5 veckor \u00e4r det l\u00e4ge att ta kontakt med v\u00e5rden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ont-i-ryggen-pa-grund-av-ryggskott\">Ont i ryggen p\u00e5 grund av ryggskott<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pl\u00f6tslig v\u00e4rk i ryggen kan vara <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jointacademy.com\/se\/sv\/fakta\/narliggande-diagnoser\/ryggskott\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3173\">ryggskott<\/a>. Detta drabbar majoriteten av oss n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng i livet. Sm\u00e4rtan kan komma utan synbar anledning eller i samband med ett lyft eller en vridning av ryggen. Ofta g\u00f6r det ont i l\u00e4ndryggen, det vill s\u00e4ga den nedre delen av ryggraden. Symtomen beskrivs ofta som en sk\u00e4rande, huggande eller molande sm\u00e4rta i kombination med att ryggen l\u00e5ser sig. Vissa av de som drabbas f\u00e5r till och med s\u00e5 ont i ryggen att det k\u00e4nns som att den h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att g\u00e5 av. Som tur \u00e4r, \u00e4r detta inte fallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4ttare fysisk aktivitet, som promenader eller vardagliga sysslor, kan skynda p\u00e5 l\u00e4kningen. En fysioterapeut (sjukgymnast) kan d\u00e4rf\u00f6r vara till hj\u00e4lp f\u00f6r att l\u00e4gga upp ett tr\u00e4ningsprogram med anpassade \u00f6vningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-diskbrack-kan-orsaka-ont-i-ryggen\">Diskbr\u00e5ck kan orsaka ont i ryggen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Egentligen betyder diskbr\u00e5ck helt enkelt att en disk buktar in mot ryggradskanalen. En disk \u00e4r de broskskivor som ligger mellan kotorna i ryggraden och g\u00f6r att vi kan b\u00f6ja och r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 oss. Detta \u00e4r vanligt och orsakar inte alltid sm\u00e4rta. Om disken d\u00e4remot ligger mot ryggm\u00e4rgen eller nervr\u00f6tterna s\u00e5 kan det g\u00f6ra ont i ryggen och str\u00e5la ut i benen motsvarande den nerv som irriteras av diskbr\u00e5ket, s\u00e5 kallad ischias. Vanligast \u00e4r det l\u00e4ndryggen som drabbas. M\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger l\u00e4ker detta ut av sig sj\u00e4lvt p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra veckor, men i vissa fall \u00e4r operation n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt.&nbsp;Den vanligaste behandlingen vid l\u00e5ngvarigt diskbr\u00e5ck \u00e4r dock sjukgymnastik riktat mot att f\u00e5 disken att tryckas tillbaka in igen. Detta sker oftast i form av s\u00e5 kallade McKenzie-\u00f6vingar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ont-i-landryggen\">Ont i l\u00e4ndryggen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lumbago, som inneb\u00e4r att man f\u00e5r ont i l\u00e4ndryggen, kommer ofta smygandes. Sm\u00e4rtan \u00f6kar gradvis samtidigt som den drabbade k\u00e4nner sig tr\u00f6ttare \u00e4n normalt. Ofta g\u00f6r det mer ont vid belastning. Om sm\u00e4rtan \u00e4ven str\u00e5lar ner i ett ben kan det ist\u00e4llet r\u00f6ra sig om lumbago med ischias. Detta kan ibland \u00e4ven medf\u00f6ra nedsatt styrka och k\u00e4nsel i benmusklerna. Det \u00e4r m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger sv\u00e5rt att helt s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla orsaken till besv\u00e4ren, men det finns n\u00e5gra k\u00e4nda riskfaktorer. Bland dessa kan h\u00f6g \u00e5lder, psykisk oh\u00e4lsa (s\u00e5som depression, \u00e5ngest och stress) och tidigare ryggproblem n\u00e4mnas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De flesta som f\u00e5r ont i l\u00e4ndryggen blir av med sina besv\u00e4r p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra veckor. Ibland kan det dock ta l\u00e4ngre tid &#8211; upp till n\u00e5gra m\u00e5nader. I de fall d\u00e5 sm\u00e4rtorna inte har g\u00e5tt \u00f6ver efter sex m\u00e5nader \u00e4r risken h\u00f6g att det handlar om kronisk v\u00e4rk. M\u00e5nga ryggproblem kan dock f\u00f6rebyggas med hj\u00e4lp av tr\u00e4ning och fysisk aktivitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ont-i-ryggen-under-flera-ar\">Ont i ryggen under flera \u00e5r&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den som lider av l\u00e5ngvarigt ont i ryggen under flera \u00e5r kan t.ex. ha drabbats av artros i ryggraden. Detta inneb\u00e4r att brosket mellan kotorna l\u00e5ngsamt h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att brytas ned. B\u00e5de unga och \u00e4ldre kan drabbas, men det blir vanligare med \u00e5ldern. Typiska tecken p\u00e5 sjukdomen \u00e4r stelhet (fr\u00e4mst efter att ha suttit eller legat stilla) och ryggsm\u00e4rta. Symtomen kommer ofta smygande vilket g\u00f6r att m\u00e5nga lider av sjukdomen utan att s\u00f6ka v\u00e5rd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artros i ryggen behandlas fr\u00e4mst genom att tr\u00e4na upp ryggmusklerna tillsammans med en fysioterapeut. Sm\u00e4rtstillande l\u00e4kemedel kan tas som komplement vid behov. Ibland kan en speciell korsett ocks\u00e5 hj\u00e4lpa till f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja ryggen. Detta b\u00f6r dock inte anv\u00e4ndas under l\u00e5ng tid eftersom det kan f\u00f6rsvaga den drabbades egna muskler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andra orsaker till l\u00e5ngvarigt ont i ryggen kan vara \u00e5ldersf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar s\u00e5som spinal stenos (f\u00f6rtr\u00e4ngning av ryggm\u00e4rgskanalen), diskegeneration (\u00e5ldersf\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade h\u00f6jdreducerade diskar) eller kotkompressioner (frakturer i kotkroppar).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ryggv\u00e4rk \u00e4r den tredje vanligaste anledningen till sjukskrivning.
