Kosttillskott i form av probiotika och omega 3, som fisk inneh\u00e5ller mycket av, kan ocks\u00e5 vara bra.\u00a0\u00c4n en g\u00e5ng s\u00e5 finns inte tillr\u00e4ckligt med st\u00f6d i forskningen och det \u00e4r bra att prova sig fram. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitaminer vid artros<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Att \u00e4ta mycket frukt och gr\u00f6nt \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r de flesta, men kan vara extra bra f\u00f6r personer med artros. S\u00e4rskilt om man haft en mindre bra kosth\u00e5llning tidigare. Frukter och gr\u00f6nsaker med C-vitamin g\u00f6r gott f\u00f6r kroppen, till exempel broccoli, r\u00f6d paprika, kiwi, apelsin, jordgubbar och svarta vinb\u00e4r.
