F\u00f6r lite pauser under arbetsdagen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r det \u00e4r stressigt p\u00e5 arbetet \u00e4r det l\u00e4tt h\u00e4nt att man hoppar \u00f6ver raster. Man kan ocks\u00e5 uppleva en \u201dpositiv\u201d stress d\u00e4r arbetet \u00e4r roligt och det inte k\u00e4nns s\u00e5 viktigt med \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning.
