H\u00e4r kommer n\u00e5gra tips p\u00e5 hur du kan f\u00e5 in mer r\u00f6relse p\u00e5 ett h\u00e5llbart s\u00e4tt i din livsstil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-tank-rorelse-istallet-for-traning\"><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>T\u00e4nk r\u00f6relse ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r tr\u00e4ning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Begreppet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jointacademy.com\/se\/sv\/fakta\/behandling\/traning-vid-artros\/\">tr\u00e4ning<\/a> f\u00e5r m\u00e5nga att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 svettiga gympass eller l\u00e5nga l\u00f6prundor. Ett tips kan vara att t\u00e4nka igenom vad man brukar g\u00f6ra under en dag och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka hitta rutiner, aktiviteter eller transporttillf\u00e4llen som kan verka som en p\u00e5minnelse f\u00f6r en r\u00f6relsepaus. Planering bidrar \u00e4ven till b\u00e4ttre framf\u00f6rh\u00e5llning s\u00e5 att man exempelvis kan ta med sig ett ombyte till jobbet om man ska tr\u00e4na direkt efter en arbetsdag, eller planera in tid f\u00f6r att kunna l\u00e4mna hemmet lite tidigare f\u00f6r att ta en rask promenad ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att \u00e5ka bil eller kollektivtrafik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur mycket och ofta ska man d\u00e5 tr\u00e4na?<\/strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.folkhalsomyndigheten.se\/contentassets\/106a679e1f6047eca88262bfdcbeb145\/riktlinjer-fysisk-aktivitet-stillasittande.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Folkh\u00e4lsomyndigheten<\/a> rekommenderar alla \u00f6ver 18 \u00e5r b\u00f6r l\u00e4gga minst 150-300 minuter i veckan p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon form av m\u00e5ttligt intensiv, pulsh\u00f6jande aktivitet. Ut\u00f6ver det rekommenderas muskelst\u00e4rkande styrketr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 m\u00e5ttlig eller h\u00f6g intensitet tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger i veckan. Med det sagt s\u00e5 \u00e4r det sj\u00e4lvklart bra att r\u00f6ra sig efter egna f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-valj-en-aktivitet-som-du-tycker-ar-rolig\"><strong>5.<\/strong> <strong>V\u00e4lj en aktivitet som du tycker \u00e4r rolig<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att den b\u00e4sta tr\u00e4ningsformen \u00e4r den som faktiskt blir av. Det \u00e4r mer sannolikt att du r\u00f6r p\u00e5 dig om du tycker att aktiviteten \u00e4r rolig och f\u00e5r dig att bli glad. D\u00e5 minskar ocks\u00e5 risken f\u00f6r att se tr\u00e4ningen som n\u00e5got tvunget eller jobbigt, och du k\u00e4nner garanterat mer tr\u00e4ningsmotivation. Flera studier har dessutom kunnat visa att tr\u00e4ning utl\u00f6ser fris\u00e4ttningen av endorfiner i hj\u00e4rnan, s\u00e5 kallade &#8221;m\u00e5-bra-hormoner&#8221;, vilket g\u00f6r att vi m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre av r\u00f6relse \u00e4ven psykiskt.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Endorfiner har \u00e4ven en sm\u00e4rtreducerande effekt i kroppen, och tr\u00e4ning \u00f6verlag har visat sig kunna reducera stress, \u00e5ngest och oro.
