Javisst! Det g\u00e5r fint att tr\u00e4na styrka hemma b\u00e5de med eller utan redskap. H\u00e4r f\u00e5r du tips p\u00e5 styrke\u00f6vningar d\u00e4r du dels kan anv\u00e4nda olika redskap som \u00e4r enkla att ha i hemmet, men ocks\u00e5 \u00f6vningar d\u00e4r du bara anv\u00e4nder din egen kroppsvikt som motst\u00e5nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gymmet \u00e4r inte en plats f\u00f6r alla. Men det \u00e4r fortfarande viktigt att r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 sig f\u00f6r att stressa ner och m\u00e5 bra b\u00e5de fysiskt och mentalt. Vissa hittar andra lokaler som k\u00e4nns b\u00e4ttre, som simhallar eller kl\u00e4tterhallar, d\u00e4r de trivs och tycker tr\u00e4ningen blir roligare. Andra tar sig ut i naturen p\u00e5 promenader, l\u00f6prundor eller cykelturer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r vissa \u00e4r det dock bara enklare att tr\u00e4na hemma. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att passa in i schemat, och man slipper ta sig till en utsatt plats varje g\u00e5ng man vill r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 sig! Ibland kan det ocks\u00e5 vara l\u00e4ttare att h\u00e5lla ig\u00e5ng <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jointacademy.com\/se\/sv\/fakta\/behandling\/traning-vid-artros\/\">tr\u00e4ningsmotivationen <\/a>p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4ttet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-styrketrana-hemma-med-redskap\">Styrketr\u00e4na hemma med redskap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e4ning, och s\u00e4rskilt styrketr\u00e4ning, \u00e4r n\u00e5got som f\u00f6rknippas med gym. Det g\u00e5r dock utm\u00e4rkt att styrketr\u00e4na med olika \u00f6vningar hemma, \u00e4ven utan eller med lite utrustning. Exempelvis kan man komma l\u00e5ngt med en <strong>pull-up-st\u00e5ng <\/strong>som kan f\u00e4stas i en d\u00f6rrkarm. Man kan ocks\u00e5 investera i gummiband i olika styrkor, n\u00e5gra olika hantlar eller en kettlebell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trana-hemma-med-gummiband\">Tr\u00e4na hemma med gummiband<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rutom att det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt funktionellt och skonsamt att <a data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.jointacademy.com\/se\/fakta\/livsstil\/trana-med-gummiband-trana-hemma\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jointacademy.com\/se\/fakta\/livsstil\/trana-med-gummiband-trana-hemma\/\">tr\u00e4na med gummiband<\/a> s\u00e5 \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 mycket effektivt. Ett exempel p\u00e5 en s\u00e5dan \u00f6vning \u00e4r <strong>kn\u00e4b\u00f6j + axelpress.<\/strong> Den h\u00e4r typen av \u00f6vningar \u00e4r effektiva f\u00f6r ett pulsh\u00f6jande tr\u00e4ningspass som samtidigt tr\u00e4nar hela kroppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-styrketrana-hemma-utan-redskap\">Styrketr\u00e4na hemma utan redskap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den som inte vill investera i utrustning eller tillbeh\u00f6r, hur sm\u00e5 de \u00e4n m\u00e5 vara, kan tr\u00e4na hemma utan redskap. Det finns yoga som passar f\u00f6r alla niv\u00e5er. H\u00e4r anv\u00e4nds oftast ingen utrustning men trots det utmanas allt fr\u00e5n styrka till balans till uth\u00e5llighet.
