H\u00e4r delar yogainstrukt\u00f6ren Rio med sig av sina b\u00e4sta tips f\u00f6r hur du kan testa yoga p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga bygger stegvis upp balans, styrka och r\u00f6rlighet i kroppen. Ofta inneh\u00e5ller yoga \u00e4ven n\u00e5gon form av andningstekniker eller meditation, vilket g\u00f6r att yoga har positiva effekter f\u00f6r b\u00e5de kropp och sinne f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskor som lever med l\u00e5ngvariga sm\u00e4rttillst\u00e5nd.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-yogans-fordelar-for-artros\">Yogans f\u00f6rdelar f\u00f6r artros<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Artros \u00e4r en sjukdom som kan p\u00e5verka b\u00e5de fysiskt och mentalt. B\u00f6rja med &#8221;r\u00e4tt&#8221; typ av yoga<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns flera former av yoga som kan ha skiftande fokus och utf\u00f6rande. Sj\u00e4lv rekommenderar Rio Hatha yoga, d\u00e4r tempot \u00e4r l\u00e5ngsammare. Det kan g\u00f6ra det mycket l\u00e4ttare att kontrollera r\u00f6relser och h\u00e5lla saker bekv\u00e4ma.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJag gillar verkligen Hatha yoga att b\u00f6rja med eftersom det tenderar att vara mindre skr\u00e4mmande f\u00f6r en nyb\u00f6rjare.&nbsp; Det kan \u00e4ven vara l\u00e4ttare att l\u00e4ra sig olika modifieringar som kan vara hj\u00e4lpsamma f\u00f6r dig med artros,\u201d ber\u00e4ttar Rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-ta-kontakt-med-instruktoren\"><strong>2<\/strong>. <strong>Ta kontakt med instrukt\u00f6ren<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du vill prova yoga s\u00e5 kan det vara bra att b\u00f6rja tillsammans med en instrukt\u00f6r som f\u00f6rst\u00e5r dina f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar och m\u00e5l. F\u00f6rs\u00f6k hitta en instrukt\u00f6r som har vana vid att arbeta med liknande tillst\u00e5nd som artros och som kan visa hur du anpassar positioner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJag skulle f\u00f6resl\u00e5 att ha en bra diskussion med yogainstrukt\u00f6ren innan du provar yogan. Diskutera eventuella anpassningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rhand, och var inte heller r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att r\u00e4cka upp handen f\u00f6r att be om hj\u00e4lp under klassen. Rio menar att varje person med artros \u00e4r olika, och varje person har sina egna utmaningar med styrka och flexibilitet \u2013 oavsett om de har artros eller inte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSyftet \u00e4r inte att se ut exakt som instrukt\u00f6ren i samma pose. Det handlar om att placera dina leder och anv\u00e4nda dina muskler f\u00f6r att skapa samma motst\u00e5nd och utmaning f\u00f6r dina muskler. Till exempel kanske en person kan g\u00e5 ner i split, medan en annan person kan sitta med benen rakt framf\u00f6r sig. B\u00e5da siktar p\u00e5 samma resultat &#8211; att t\u00f6ja och st\u00e4rka vissa muskler &#8211; och b\u00e5da g\u00f6r yoga p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 m\u00e5let.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cSyftet \u00e4r inte att se ut exakt som instrukt\u00f6ren i samma pose. Det handlar om att placera dina leder och anv\u00e4nda dina muskler f\u00f6r att skapa samma motst\u00e5nd\/utmaning f\u00f6r dina muskler.&#8221; <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-ta-pauser-och-kann-efter-nasta-dag\"><strong>4. Ta pauser och k\u00e4nn efter n\u00e4sta dag<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r du provar yoga, var noga med att inte ta ut dig f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt och var uppm\u00e4rksam om du upplever sm\u00e4rta eller obehag. K\u00e4nn efter vad kroppen ber\u00e4ttar; yoga kan n\u00e4mligen vara ett v\u00e4rdefullt verktyg f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ra sig tolka kroppens feedback, vilket sedan \u00e4r anv\u00e4ndbart i all form av tr\u00e4ning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOm du inte har yogat tidigare och du har en hel del sm\u00e4rta, skulle jag rekommendera att oavsett hur bra du m\u00e5r under din f\u00f6rsta lektion &#8211; ta regelbundna pauser genom att bara st\u00e5, sitta eller l\u00e4gga dig ner.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe hur du k\u00e4nner dig n\u00e4sta dag. Muskel\u00f6mhet eller stelhet i n\u00e5gra timmar n\u00e4sta dag \u00e4r acceptabelt. Om du inte kan g\u00e5 p\u00e5 en dag eller tv\u00e5, d\u00e5 har du f\u00f6rmodligen gjort f\u00f6r mycket\u201d s\u00e4ger Rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-anvand-hjalpmedel-och-anpassningar\"><strong>&nbsp;5. Anv\u00e4nd hj\u00e4lpmedel och anpassningar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r dig med artros \u00e4r det alltid rekommenderat att sluta s\u00e5 fort n\u00e5got k\u00e4nns fel. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att de flesta yogapositioner kan modifieras f\u00f6r att passa din kropp b\u00e4ttre, och vara mer skonsamma. Det kan ocks\u00e5 vara bra att anv\u00e4nda hj\u00e4lpmedel. Hj\u00e4lpmedel hindrar inte positiva effekter &#8211; tv\u00e4rtom!
