H\u00e4r kommer tips p\u00e5 enkla \u00f6vningar att g\u00f6ra hemma, som kan b\u00e5de f\u00f6rebygga och lindra ryggsm\u00e4rta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-varfor-far-man-ont-i-ryggen\">Varf\u00f6r f\u00e5r man ont i ryggen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00e4rta i ryggen kan komma fr\u00e5n exempelvis leder, muskler eller nerver. En vanlig orsak till att sm\u00e4rtan uppkommer \u00e4r att ryggen l\u00e5ngvarigt belastats f\u00f6r mycket, eller till och med f\u00f6r lite. Ju mer du f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker bli varm och mjukar upp musklerna, ju b\u00e4ttre kommer det k\u00e4nnas och ju snabbare kommer du \u00e5terh\u00e4mta dig. Men f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla ryggen i form \u00e4r det bra att t\u00e4nka \u201clite och ofta\u201d n\u00e4r det kommer till tr\u00e4ning, snarare \u00e4n l\u00e5nga och tuffa pass som sker s\u00e4llan. Ett par, regelbundna \u00f6vningar som fokuserar p\u00e5 att <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jointacademy.com\/se\/sv\/fakta\/behandling\/ryggovningar\/\">st\u00e4rka r\u00e4tt muskler <\/a>ger din rygg bra f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar. Nedan kommer tre f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 \u00f6vningar som passar de flesta m\u00e4nniskor, och som kan b\u00e5de f\u00f6rebygga och lindra sm\u00e4rta i l\u00e4ndryggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-liggande-knalyft\">1. Liggande kn\u00e4lyft&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I denna \u00f6vning tr\u00e4nar du fr\u00e4mst de inre magmusklerna. Det \u00e4r musklerna som g\u00e5r horisontellt som ett b\u00e4lte \u00f6ver magen, samt de sm\u00e5 muskler som g\u00e5r mellan kotorna i ryggen. Att vara stark i de inre musklerna ger kotpelaren ett st\u00f6d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ligg p\u00e5 rygg med b\u00e5da f\u00f6tterna i marken. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aktivera b\u00e5len genom att sp\u00e4nna magmusklerna. Du kan enkelt kontrollera detta genom att trycka in ett finger ovanf\u00f6r h\u00f6ftkammen och k\u00e4nna sp\u00e4nningen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beh\u00e5ll sp\u00e4nningen i b\u00e5len och lyft sakta ett ben upp i luften och sedan tillbaka mot golvet igen. Str\u00e4va efter en 90 graders vinkel i h\u00f6ften i h\u00f6gsta l\u00e4get. H\u00f6ftlyft<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I den h\u00e4r \u00f6vningen arbetar du med styrkan i b\u00e5l, s\u00e4te, samt l\u00e5rets baksida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Starta ryggliggande med f\u00f6tterna i golvet och h\u00e4nderna bredvid dig. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aktivera b\u00e5len genom att dra in naveln mot ryggraden. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bibeh\u00e5ll en rak rygg och sp\u00e4nning i b\u00e5len, tryck ifr\u00e5n med f\u00f6tterna mot golvet och lyft h\u00f6ften l\u00e5ngsamt upp mot taket. G\u00e5 endast s\u00e5 h\u00f6gt upp som k\u00e4nns okej f\u00f6r ryggen och som du kan kontrollera utan att hamna i en svankad position med ryggen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kom tillbaka till utg\u00e5ngsposition. F\u00e5gelhunden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I den h\u00e4r \u00f6vningen arbetar du med musklerna kring skulderbladen, ryggen, b\u00e5len, s\u00e4tet och baksida l\u00e5r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>St\u00e4ll dig p\u00e5 alla 4 med h\u00e4nderna under axlarna och kn\u00e4na under h\u00f6fterna. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e5ll ryggen rak och sp\u00e4nn b\u00e5len genom att dra in naveln mot ryggraden. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Str\u00e4ck ett ben rakt bak\u00e5t och motsatt arm rakt fram\u00e5t i en kontrollerad r\u00f6relse, samtidigt som du h\u00e5ller ryggen rak. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kom tillbaka till startpositionen och byt ben och arm.
