The first day after signing up you’ll complete the “Meet your physical therapist” and “Introduction” activities on the “Today” page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll then have your kick off call at the time you established with your physical therapist. After you have your kick off call to review your condition with your physical therapist, the physical therapist will create an exercise program specific to you and your goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your exercise program will be released to your app the next day where you will log in at any time to watch and complete your exercises. The exercises come in a video format usually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon completing each exercise you are asked “How was this exercise for you?”, which allows you to provide feedback to your physical therapist so they can continue to adapt the program to your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
