These groups are available within the <strong>Joint Academy app<\/strong> for all patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-social-groups-work\">How Social Groups Work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-patients-work-toward-a-shared-goal\"><strong>Patients Work Toward a Shared Goal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Social groups function as a forum where members can <strong>motivate and support each other<\/strong> throughout their treatment journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-shared-activity-goals\"><strong>Shared Activity Goals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Every group has a collective activity goal that members work toward.
