Joint Academy is a 12-week, NHS-funded digital physiotherapy treatment. You are assigned a senior physiotherapist, we have physiotherapists with both NHS and private experience.
During the 12 weeks you will have an initial consultation, a 6-week follow-up and a 12-week discharge call. Your physiotherapist will also check in via message every two weeks to review your progress. You can send messages to your physiotherapist anytime in the app. The programme includes exercise videos and educational tutorials, and the treatment plan is adapted after your first consultation and adjusted as needed.
