- Download the Joint Academy app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Open the app and create a new account.
- When asked if you have been invited, select “Yes” and enter your code.
- Enter the body part you were referred for, as shown in your invite.
- Complete the health questions.
- At the end of registration, choose a time for your first video consultation.
You must have the app open at the time of the call to receive the notification.
