If you were referred by a healthcare provider and need to pause for reasons such as holiday or illness, notify your physiotherapist via the messaging function in the app.
Treatment can be paused for a few weeks, but longer gaps may result in discharge. If there is no contact after the agreed return date, attempts will be made for three weeks before discharge.
