- Search for “Joint Academy” and download the app.
- Open the app and click “Get started for free.”
- Create your account by entering your name, email, password, mobile number, date of birth, and state of residence.
- Select coverage (Dedicated/Jencare/Chenmed/Intune patients select name of clinic).
- Select joint or body region.
- Answer health questions for joint or body region.
- Select time to meet with physical therapist (select “No time works for me” if available timeslots do not work for your schedule).
- You will be matched with a physical therapist.
- Allow notifications so PT can call you.
- Sign up complete.
